เต้าหู้มาผ่อ (Mab Tofu)

เครื่องปรุง

หมูสับ 300 กรัม
เต้าหู้แผ่นหั่นชิ้นสี่เหลี่ยมขนาด 1 นิ้ว 300 กรัม
ผงทำเต้าหู้มาผ่อสำเร็จ 1 ซอง
ต้มหอมหั่นฝอย 50 กรัม

Ingredients

300 g minced pork
300 g squared board tofu approximately 1 inch
1 pack mabo tofu mixed
50 g thinly sliced spring onion

1. ตั้งกระทะให้ร้อน ใส่น้ำมันลงไปเล็กน้อย ใส่หมูสับลงผัดจนสุก
Preheated and lighly greased the wok and add minced pork to stir fry until well cooked.
 
2. ใส่น้ำซอสทำเต้าหู้ม่าผ่อสำเร็จลงไป เคี่ยวต่อให้เดือด ใส่เต้าหู้หั่น พอเดือดอีกครั้ง โรยต้นหอมฟั่นฝอยก่อนปิดไฟ
Add mabo tofu instant sauce, simmer until boil and add square board tofu. When it back to the boil, add thinly sliced spring onion before turning off the heat.
   
3. ตักเสิร์ฟ
Ready to serve.
